Minor? It's a potential security hole, albeit not a serious one.

During compiling from source there are several warnings:

  warning: the use of `mktemp' is dangerous, better use `mkstemp'

This could be fixed upstream.


If upstream were developing it at all, it could. The latest upstream release is the one we already have in debian, which was released in 1995.

OpenBSD have a patch to fix this problem; I'll use that.
