Hello,
As I was looking for a way to translate the last bit of information
displayed on "apt-get upgrade" with French locale, I noticed the
"Preconfiguring packages ...".
Here is a small patch to be able to translate this string (as well as
3 other less visible (2 error messages and 1 debug message)):
