Hi , My guesses are that this bug is fixed for you by now.
In case it is not , have you tried latest xserver-xfree86 4.3.0 ? Your problem is about font drawing which is managed by an xserver extension XRender. This may be still be a mozilla but i used it in such environment, multi head or mulit cards , xineram or not and never had this problem. I would tell it is a xserver or driver bug, but since 2003 the code that manage fonts has been rewritten two times.
