Package: minc-tools
Version: 1.3-2
Severity: normal

The default editor is set to emacs in line 68 of /usr/bin/mincedit
If emacs is not installed I get an error:
emacs: Command not found.
/usr/bin/mincedit: Error editing with editor 'emacs'

As debian supports the default editor via the /etc/alternatives system I
suggest changing line 68 from:
# Set default editor
set editor = emacs

to:
# Set default editor
set editor = editor

works good for me at least.

Regards,

Roland
