In case it was not apparent from my original mail, a workaround exists -- just launch webmagick with the locale reset to C, as in
LANG=C webmagick -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
