When "Help" is selected form the menu in the "SMS" and "Calendar"
windows, a web browser is opened but pointed to non-existant files.
The referenced but missing files are:
file:/usr/share/xgnokii/help/en_US/windows/sms/index.html
file:/usr/share/xgnokii/help/en_US/windows/calendar/index.html
(Perhaps the URIs should also begin with "file:///".)
I realize that the docs may not exist yet, but maybe it's better to
remove the menu items or point them to a generic page until the docs
have been written.
