(I assume kontact-plugins, but just to make sure...) - Why were you installing kontact-plugins? Did you 'apt-get install kontact-plugins'? If so, why? Or, perhaps some other package depended on it. If so, which package? - 'kontact-plugins' is no longer in the Debian archive, where did you get it from?: (a) What does 'apt-cache policy kontact-plugins' say? (b) What do you have in /etc/apt/sources.list? Once we get to know the above, we'll be in a position to see who is at fault here.
