Sorry, I wasn't clear about the problematic, the source package in experimental it is "mysql-dfsg" with version number 4.1.7, but in unstable we have "mysql-dfsg" with 4.0.x and "mysql-server-4.1" with version 4.1.x! So the package in experimental will never be superceeded the normal way.
