Attempting to install ecb while xemacs21 is installed gets various
errors. The key one appears to be
Compiling /usr/share/xemacs21/site-lisp/ecb/ecb-navigate.el...
While compiling toplevel forms in file
/usr/share/xemacs21/site-lisp/ecb/ecb-navigate.el:
** (previous :initform nil) is a malformed function
** (node ecb-dlist-node) is a malformed function
If xemacs21 is not supported it'd be good if
/usr/lib/emacsen-common/packages/install/ecb skipped it the same as it
skips emacs21 and emacs22.
