The package is fine, though I'd like you to check if it works with the snit package included into tcllib bundle. I did remove snit.tcl and snit2.tcl from /usr/share/hw3 directory, replaced "source [sourcefile snit.tcl]" by "package require snit" in hv3_browser.tcl, and this didn't break hv3 immediately. It starts well, and seems to work fine. So, I think it might be better to make hv3 depending on tcllib and remove its own copies of snit.tcl and snit2.tcl.
