After the recent package restructuring, opennebula is uninstallable on any architecture where ruby-sqlite3 does not exist - currently mips, powerpc, s390 and sparc. (Specifically opennebula depends on opennebula-tools, which depends on ruby-opennebula, which depends on ruby-sqlite3.)
