Tryed many Partition settings.

Comments/Problems:
In the download from the base system Pakages comes one error
usage: /usr/lib/debootstrap/pkgdetails
....
and then the systems hangs with an Zombie Prozess [debootstrap] while
setting up base-config (2.7.1)
