Package: ftp.debian.org Followup-For: Bug #665653 Hello Debian iceowl Maintainer and folks,
I'm a Debian standalone iceowl 1.0 regular user. I like it, it "just works" (GUI, iCal, simple, intuitive). Thank you for having provided (packaged) this usefull tool so far (I use it on a daily basis). I understand there can't be QA if the upstream standalone app is inactive. I need some advice : Q1 : if I don't uninstall it, can I still use it ? should I add some "experimental" line in sources.list to fetch/update it ? (a sample line would help) Q2 : should I switch to another app ? What are the choices ? Here are some features I'd like to keep : -standalone app, -native standard iCal format, -multi calendars, choice of colors, -one time event and repetitive events, -flexible GUI (number of weeks displayed...), -remote calendars, CalDAV client. I'd rather GTK or wx. Thanks in advance for answers and advices. Have fun all with Debian -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
