Does the change "\OHORN" ==> "\horn O" have any impact on what Hàn Thế Thành describes in his file "vn-min.pdf" (texdoc vn-min) when people are using ucs? I'm not sure whether such a change doesn't break anything in VnTeX. Therefore I added Werner Lemberg to the CC, since he gratefully did all these nasty encoding related things in VnTeX.
