I checked with unstable version - same result. Overall, the app is supposed to establish secure connection with the bank and fetch there a "signed document",maybe in this process it downloads other apps. It is supposed to find the electronic signature on computer by first searchng the flash stick, then other directories, sign and send something to the bank.On the screen there should be a blue process bar with inscription "Signing document" above it (in Russian).
