You can already do apt-get install ndiswrapper-utils-1.9 and
everything needed will be installed automatically (if you have
recommends enabled).

But anyway, I guess we can now do the following:
        drop ndiswrapper-common
        rename ndiswrapper-utils-1.9 to ndiswrapper
                                     or ndiswrapper-utils?
                                     or ndiswrapper-tools?

or something like this. I don't think we really need those
wrapper scripts anymore.

The rest is just -source and -dkms, which are the normal
kernel module packages.
