Dear Maintainer,

Plain old 'httpd' dependent 'dhelp' isn't working on my system.
When run, 'dhelp' launches a browser, which says:

    404 Not Found
    doc/HTML/index.html:
This item has not been found

'dhelp -f' works correctly.

My current web server 'bozohttpd' works correctly with
'dwww'; but perhaps bozo & dhelp don't get along?

May be. I thought that, by default, all scripts under /usr/lib/cgi-bin should work out of the box with any web server supporting CGIs (which seems to be the case for bozohttpd). Or maybe it's a different problem. What's the URL in the browser when the above error message is shown?
