Format of configuration fragments is not explicitly documented anywhere. Both DEP-9 text and the manual page redirect to xinetd.conf(5). But I don't have xinetd installed and I don't want to install it just to read the documentation.
Please document the configuration format directly in the manual page. Thanks.
