I think You can have problem in some packages that should restart auto[make/conf] if source files are changed. It seems that a few years ago someone filed such bugreport about fluxbox. Since that it contains autoconf and (or) automake in its B-D in spit of it doesn't need. But in tarantool I can't do so because tarantool uses old versions of lua.
