Hi Nicholas, I guess this is an Ubuntu-specific issue then...
As of xorg_1:7.6+7ubuntu1, the xfonts-100dpi and xfonts-75dpi packages were dropped from "Depends" to "Suggests",[1] and therefore they do not appear in a standard Ubuntu installation. Not really sure how to proceed with this... we could fork the grace package for Ubuntu, but I suspect there's a better way!
