Package: coreutils
Version: 8.13-3.1
Severity: normal
Tags: wheezy

The subject line says it all. "who" does not recognize users logged in
via virtual terminals (non-X local users). Ironically, this is almost
the exact opposite problem reported in Debian bug report 621094!
I am using an up-to-date wheezy system as of a few days ago from the
date of this bug report. This problem has been around for a while.
I've just now gotten around to reporting it.

Kernel: linux-image-3.2.15-2custom01-686-pae (custom kernel compiled
from linux-source-3.2, version 3.2.15-1)
Architecture: i386
Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash
