I was worrying that if graphite-carbon really has a dependency on
graphite-web, and that isn't available in Debian yet, the package
description should say so.  But that wouldn't be a bug that could be
fixed by documentation anyway - a package in main can't require
software that isn't in main (Policy 2.2.1), so it's just a matter of
getting graphite-web into unstable and adding package dependencies.
