Package: mysql-common
Version: 5.1.61-3
Severity: wishlist

Most packages in Debian that do things with SSL certificates use the
/etc/ssl/certs directory for certificate authorities. The mysql
command-line client works with the certificate authorities in Debian
when invoked with mysql --ssl-capath=/etc/ssl/certs, but this isn't
the default. Could you consider adding:

[client]
ssl-capath = /etc/ssl/certs

to the default my.cnf file (or a configuration file loaded from it)
so that this integration happens out of the box?

Thanks!
