debian-mirrors-announce ML suscribed.

We changed our synchronization source to ftp2.fr.debian.org and removed armhf 
and s390x as suggested.

Regarding to the bandwitdh the mirror has a 1Gpbs ethernet link.

You probably want to exclude armhf and s390x, announced on 
http://lists.debian.org/debian-mirrors-announce/ you should really subscribe.

You probably want to sync from ftp2.fr.debian.org name, it's guaranteed to 
work/be updated in case ftp.oleane.net fails.
