This includes the patches for #115109, #135299, #331139 and #331255, and also updates the packaging to make it lintian-clean. I put the changes in a new upstream release, since I saw it was also used by *BSD, and I didn't think they would look in the Debian diff out of choice. If there are any things you would like changing, I'll be happy to do so.
