Package: backup-manager

Hello,
It would be nice to provide a directories, for example,
/etc/backup-manager/pre-backup.d and /etc/backup-manager/post-backup.d
and set BM_PRE_BACKUP_COMMAND and BM_POST_BACKUP_COMMAND to run-parts those
directories.
