Ok, none of the packages are in base, so in principle it is fine
to use .xz for both .orig.tar as well as .deb.

Now the question is: activate it for *ALL* packages or only 
for some? And, how would one do that for *some* packages in
an easy way (be reminded, that rules file is generated from
rules.in in a specific way).
