Ok, great.  Let's get started on an update for squeeze.

Looking at the differences between libgeier 0.11 from wheezy and 0.13
from sid, I see:

 1. stopped shipping .la files
 2. updated Standards-Version
 3. added debian/source/format
 4. added build-arch and build-indep targets
 5. fixed build-time dependencies
 6. new upstream release

Only changes (5) and (6) seem relevant for squeeze; the rest should
be left out.  Would you be able to prepare a package along those
lines, so it can be included in stable?
