dh_pycentral generates ">= 2.4" for python:Versions (which it shoudn't,
AFAICT), but please don't depend on this behaviour. You already have
"${python:Depends}" in Depends and that's all your package needs.
You can actually drop XB-Python-Version as well, BTW (it's deprecated)
