This bug doesn't seem fixed in gcc-4.7, at least I cannot find it any reference in the man page, so I'm reassigning it before this orphan bug (assigned to non-existing g++-4.2) gets completely lost. A workaround to check especifically for this one would perhaps be to enable all warnings as errors, then allowing especific warnings one by one.
