You'd have to schedule binNMUs on all archs where 4.7 is the default. The same if 4.7 becomes the default compiler on more architectures, as Matthias Klose indicated on our list. Either way, the current state is broken, because -base is linked with libobjc3 while -gui is mixed because it failed to built at that time, so many GNUstep packages are unusable because they end up linking with two ObjC runtimes.
