Subject: [PATCH] Add minimalist debian/control object.
As it use an email parser, it stops after the first empty line.
* tests/test_Control.py: Test cases for the new gbp.deb.control.Control
object.
* gbp/deb/control.py: New class Control with "name", "section" and
"priority" properties.
