I've CCd the two Debian Maintainers related to this package, but
didn't get any comment before filing this request.
This sounds like you're asking for the removal of the package from
unstable? In that case the request needs to be directed at the FTP
team, rather than the Release Team; I've therefore tagged and reassigned
the request.
Thanks, I believe you're right. I got confused during following
http://wiki.debian.org/ftpmaster_Removals
This request was initiated due to jppy being flagged as a candidate for
removal from testing due to RC bugs.
I think it's time jppy was removed entirely from any future Debian
releases, as it's no longer maintained. Does removal from testing
achieve that?
Regards,
Nick
