Thanks for looking over the package. And sorry for the delay. I did not know we could have orig's packaged in any other format other than .tar.gz. I suppose renaming it to prelink-20111012.orig.tar.bz2 would be enough? All the patching is done via *.debian.tar.gz as usual.
