This package depends on the package depending on libpng12. (ex. libcairo2) When you build, it is necessary to cancel these dependence. I build all these and test it in local. BTW, It seems to support libpng14 in latest rawtherapee (4.0.8). Probably libpng15 will not have any problem, too. Please update rawtherapee in the latest version.
