libmusicbrainz4 has been packaged in Ubuntu for a few months and sound-juicer builds against the new library. https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libmusicbrainz
gnome-sushi 0.5.1 (which while admittedly is part of GNOME 3.6 and therefore won't be part of wheezy) requires libmusicbrainz4.
