Hi all,

first i can't work on the debian packages right now because I'm really
busy. Sorry! I still try to keep up with CVS and with my unofficial
packages.

To the license issues: there should be no problem with the pure libming.
So uploading only the lib should be ok. If users want language bindings
they can either use unofficial packages or wait until someone fixes the
issues.
