Thanks for your interest on this. As I tagged, upload is still pending and
has
been delayed due to upstream intention to make a release /soonish/. We are
planning to get this uploaded before the freeze.
If upstream is unable to release in a reasonable time, we'll upload a current
snapshot (like we have usually done) that includes the hardening flags.
Meanwhile, changes are already available in the packaging repository.
