I think we aleady have
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=621020 for this. We'll
have to pay some attention to this .

Debian sid (up to date)

Hi Nicolas,
Mysql was working about 1 month ago but I can't start anymore.
Conf files are untouched, root user have a password.
Before making a bug report, I prefer to ask you in case it is
not a bug but just a local failure or a bug
in /lib/lsb/init-functions.
But when I try to start it, it complains about a unbound variable:
# /etc/init.d/mysql start
/lib/lsb/init-functions: line 428: FANCYTTY: unbound variable
Do you have the same behavior? And shall I report a bug for
mysql-server-5.5?
Thanks in advance& regards.
