Package: munin-node Version: 2.0~rc6-3 Severity: important Justification: annoys DSA
We recently started getting mails like: /etc/cron.daily/logrotate: error: skipping "/var/log/munin/munin-node.log" because parent directory has insecure permissions (It's world writable or writable by group which is not "root") Set "su" directive in config file to tell logrotate which user/group should be used for rotation. Please fix the logrotate configuration or the direcory ownership in the package. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (50, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=nb_NO.utf8, LC_CTYPE=nb_NO.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages munin-node depends on: ii adduser 3.113+nmu2 ii gawk 1:4.0.1+dfsg-2 ii libnet-server-perl 0.99-4 ii lsb-base 4.1+Debian4 ii munin-common 2.0~rc6-3 ii munin-plugins-core [munin-plugins] 2.0~rc6-3 ii perl 5.14.2-11 ii procps 1:3.3.2-3 Versions of packages munin-node recommends: ii libnet-snmp-perl 6.0.1-2 ii munin-plugins-core 2.0~rc6-3 Versions of packages munin-node suggests: ii acpi 1.6-1 ii ethtool 1:3.2-1 ii hdparm 9.39-1 ii libcache-cache-perl <none> ii libcrypt-ssleay-perl 0.58-1 ii libdbd-mysql-perl <none> ii libdbd-pg-perl 2.19.2-1 ii liblwp-useragent-determined-perl <none> ii libnet-irc-perl <none> ii libtext-csv-xs-perl <none> ii libwww-perl 6.04-1 ii libxml-simple-perl 2.18-3 ii lm-sensors 1:3.3.2-1 ii logtail <none> ii munin <none> ii munin-java-plugins <none> ii munin-plugins-extra <none> ii mysql-client <none> ii net-tools 1.60-24.1 ii python 2.7.2-10 ii ruby 4.8 ii ruby1.8 [ruby] 1.8.7.352-2 ii smartmontools 5.41+svn3365-1 -- Configuration Files: /etc/munin/plugin-conf.d/munin-node [Errno 13] Ikke tilgang: u'/etc/munin/plugin-conf.d/munin-node' -- no debconf information -- Tollef Fog Heen UNIX is user friendly, it's just picky about who its friends are -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
