but /usr/share/doc/libxml-sax-perl/README.Debian doesn't exist beacause
dh_compress uses gzip to compress that file and appends .gz to the filename.
Don't compress that file (using dh_compress -X) or fix the path in
XML::SAX::save_parsers().
