I'm not sure exactly what is problematic here. I tested that I can install winetricks (one of the reverse depends) with the current wine "Multi-Arch: allowed" package before doing this upload. Can you point to concrete bug reports in other packages caused by this change? Otherwise, I'm not sure exactly what you want us to do.
