Severity: minor

Hi Raphaƫl,
I've just finished reading chapter 6.
What follows is my list of corrections and proposed improvements,
grouped by relevant section.

Intro
-----

| a package containing the source code of a program

As usual, I would suggest a more general phrasing:

+ a package containing the source code of a program or other work

Section 6.1. Filling in the sources.list File
---------------------------------------------

| according to the licenses chosen by the authors of each program

Again, for generality's sake: s/program/work/

| but which can nevertheless be distributed freely.

I would avoid the word "freely" here, since it may be misleading
in English. Maybe the sentence could be modified as follows:

+ but which can nevertheless be distributed without fees by Debian
+ mirrors.

| is a service for users who could need those softwares

Isn't "software" uncountable in English?
I would s/softwares/packages/

Section 6.1.1.2. The Backports From backports.debian.org
--------------------------------------------------------

| of a recent software

Again, since "software" is uncountable, as far as I know,
I would s/a recent/some recent/

Section 6.1.2. Non-Official Resources: apt-get.org and mentors.debian.net
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

| some softwares

As above, I would s/softwares/software/

Section 6.2.2. Installing and Removing
------------------------------------------

| with a hacked system.

I don't like the use of the term "hacked" (or "hacker") with the
negative connotation that's often implied by non-specialized
journalists and non-technical people.
I think that hackers are good guys (most of them develop Free Software
and make it available for the community).
Bad guys should be called "crackers".
Hence I would s/hacked/cracked/

Section 6.2.3. System Upgrade
-----------------------------

| from one major Debian versionto the next,

Missing space? s/versionto/version to/

Section 6.2.6. Working with Several Distributions
-------------------------------------------------

| try out a software

Once again ("software" is uncountable) I would
s/a software/software/

Section 6.4.1.3. Better Solver Algorithms
-----------------------------------------

| go the summary screen

Typo? s/go the/go to the/

Section 6.6.1. Recommended Procedure
------------------------------------

| or linux-image-powerpc* for PowerPC).

Extra closing parenthesis? I cannot find the corresponding opening
parenthesis, hence that closing parenthesis should probably be dropped.
