Hi,

unfortunatelly I still have a lot of "/usr/bin/mysqladmin: refresh
failed; error: 'Unknown error'"

This happens during the daily logrotate but can also be reproduced
while running mysqladmin via commandline.

As I have several systems affected I could also start mysqladmin more
verbose or via strace if this would help?

Would be great to hear from anybody!

Cheers
Bjoern
