I changed font settings to sazanami-mincho, sazanami-gothic, or MS-mincho, MS-gothic (not a debian package) instead of IPA mincho, IPA gothic, and found it disappeared. It seems to be a IPA font related problem. Would I better reopen a bug report to IPA font package ?
