Hello Luc, did you edit in Tools -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Config Editor the entries for 'network.protocol-handler.app[s]' ? If yes try to use an absolute path like /usr/bin/iceweasel.
Or take a look at http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=566819#68 and use the gconftool to set up the correct handler. Note also the comment from Alex. This bug is quite older and not really fixed. Good luck!
