This is actually due to the fact that the kernel patch that is being
applied when you run /usr/src/kernel-patches/all/apply/lkcd is the
outdated /usr/src/kernel-patches/diffs/lkcd/lkcd-4.1-2-2.6.8.patch.gz,
this isn't right, it shouldn't be applying that one, it should be
applying /usr/src/kernel-patches/diffs/lkcd/lkcd-6.1.0-2.6.8.1.patch.
When the /usr/src/kernel-patches/all/apply/lkcd is changed so that it
has only:

KVERSIONS=(2.4.17 2.4.18 2.4.20 2.4.22 2.4.23 2.4.26 2.4.27 2.6.5
2.6.5 2.6.8 2.6.9)
PATCHFILES=("/usr/src/kernel-patches/diffs/lkcd/lkcd-4.1-1.patch.gz"
"/usr/src/kernel-patches/diffs/lkcd/lkcd-4.1-1-2.4.18.patch.gz"
"/usr/src/kernel-patches/diffs/lkcd/lkcd-4.1-2-2.4.20.patch.gz"
"/usr/src/kernel-patches/diffs/lkcd/lkcd-4.1-2-2.4.22.patch.gz"
"/usr/src/kernel-patches/diffs/lkcd/lkcd-4.1-2-2.4.23.patch.gz"
"/usr/src/kernel-patches/diffs/lkcd/lkcd-4.1-2-2.4.26.patch.gz"
"/usr/src/kernel-patches/diffs/lkcd/lkcd-4.1-2-2.4.27.patch.gz"
"/usr/src/kernel-patches/diffs/lkcd/lkcd-4.1-2-2.6.5.patch.gz"
"/usr/src/kernel-patches/diffs/lkcd/lkcd-netdump-netpoll.patch.gz"
"/usr/src/kernel-patches/diffs/lkcd/lkcd-6.1.0-2.6.8.1.patch.gz"
"/usr/src/kernel-patches/diffs/lkcd/lkcd-6.1.0-2.6.9.patch.gz")

Then it applies cleanly... this is a matter of me cleaning up the
debian/kernel-patch-lkcd.kpatches.lkcd file to list the correct patch
instead.

This doesn't exist...

I'll upload a new version that fixes the
debian/kernel-patch-lkcd.kpatches.lkcd shortly which should fix this
problem.
