IMHO no. The sysvinit in unstable is certainly targeted for wheezy, and I would expect those fixes to land there within a couple of weeks. Logically, anacron could declare a Breaks: on older versions of sysv-rc; but this is really a conditional breaks, and risks making it harder for apt to calculate upgrades.
