In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:
* Include pagesize and ptree_pagesize in sksconf, so that importing a dump
won't hang (LP: #1019756)
This is a relative of #678927 that applies to build/fastbuild rather
than upgrades, as far as I can tell.
