when enabling Automatic Login in gnome-control-center for a given user, accountsservice is supposed to modify /etc/gdm3/daemon.conf and set the keys [daemon] AutomaticLoginEnable = true AutomaticLogin = myuser This doesn't work though, and accountsservice simply does nothing.
